tasting authentic Chinese tea
In this workshop we will take a look at the different types of Chinese tea, and how to brew them using the (traditional) Gong Fu style.
(Chinese) tea types: Green, Yellow, Red (black), Oolong, White, Dark (Shu Pu'ehr), Sheng Pu'ehr.
They all come from the same tea plant, the only difference is the processing.
Like with fine wine, aging also has an effect on the taste of tea, we will taste some younger and some older tea to compare.
